All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Once the item has left our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number via email or SMS.
WRONG ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT
If you have placed an order and immediately request a change in the address we'll be more than happy to accommodate. We are unable to edit or change the delivery address of an order once it has been shipped.
In the event that the wrong address is indicated on an order, and the package is delivered, DSA will not be liable for any replacement or refund. Assistance can be sought from Australia Post by reaching out to their support team.
- International orders will be sent via our chosen courier Australia Post, with a tracking number. International shipping can only be delivered to a house address. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
- We do not accept responsibility for the delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.
- We currently ship to AU, N.Z, CA, U.S and U.K. However, our courier is able to ship to all countries. Please reach out to us if your country is not on the list and we’ll be happy to assist you! (email@example.com)
- If you refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to DSA.
- Please note that international shipping cost will vary depending on your country. The shipping fee will be available upon check out and it will be included in the total amount.
